Check the current site

The popup shows the host in the active tab, whether Privacy Thing is on there, and which source is in control: a Trusted Site, Domain Rule, Firefox Container, Default Rule, or no active source.

Edit the configuration

The popup shows only the actions available for the source in control and can open the relevant Domain Rule, Firefox Container assignment, or settings.

Open X-Ray

X-Ray records detected use of supported browser data and functions in the current tab.

Reload the tab after changing configuration, then check the result again.

Create a new identity

New identity is available when a Domain Rule or Firefox Container assignment owns the current fingerprint-related identity.

The operation can also cover other known hosts linked to the same rule or container. See New identity for details.

Browser-protected pages

Extensions cannot modify some internal browser pages. This restriction also applies to extension stores and certain protected documents.

The popup cannot show or change normal site configuration on these pages.
